These lightweight, mid-height three season trainer/hiker/approach shoe make great all-rounders!. With breathable and water resistant uppers the very finest non-leather components have been selected to construct this footwear:

Dual Density Soles
The flexible, Italian-made dual density sole unit has superb comfort and traction properties.

Vegetan Fake Suede Uppers
Made with soft but tough breathable fake-suede micro-fibre and breathable synthetic canvas uppers. With breathable and water resistant membrane lining. Padded insoles and tongue make this boot very comfortable and padded ankles help absorb knocks. The membrane lining needs no maintenance. The upper fabrics can be cleaned and treated like conventional suede.

780km on the Camino de Santiago in the Approach Mid Browns - 2023

I started in St Jean Pied de Port in france and walked the Camino Frances to Santiago - around 800 km and then as was enjoying it so much and i didnt want to finish my walk, I carried on walking another 3 days to the sea at Fiinisterre . The Camino Frances is a medieval pilgrimage which people walk for all different reasons nowadays. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves walking, there are also shorter optiions if you dont have time to walk all the way. There are also some vegan and veggie albergues (hostels) to stay in along the way!.

Sizing notes
This style is a slightly generous fit, but most customers order their regular size.

We try to give the best advice about sizing. Please remember sizes vary from style to style and brand to brand. The shape of the shoe can affect the fit as well as the length and width. If replacing a style with a newer version, remember shoes can stretch and mould and become looser over time. A new version of the same shoe can feel tighter and quite different to the old friends you have come to love. Shoes mould to the shape of your feet, more in the width than the length. If they are slightly snug in the width then they may give a little and become more comfortable. If the shoes or boots are tight lengthways then they are likely too small and you need to try the next size up.
Lastly, remember that insoles can REALLY make a difference when trying to get the right fit. Ours are quite thick but thinner ones are also available. In addition to making footwear more comfortable insoles can also help shoes and boots last longer.
