The prices indicated on the Website and in the Brochure include VAT unless otherwise stated. All orders are to be paid in UK pounds (also called GBP/Great Britain Pounds/Pounds Sterling). Pay by PayPal, Credit or Debit card. Visa, MasterCard & Maestro accepted. Solo cards are not accepted. Also ‘Pre-paid’ and ‘single-use’ type credit cards / charge cards do not work with our system, Sorry. PayPal and Credit card orders automatically convert (e.g. US Dollars) into UK Pounds. Credit cards are authorized at time of order download but are only charged when goods are shipped.

Please note: although funds are not taken when a card is authorized, they are allocated/reserved until the order is dispatched. - This may appear on your bank statement as a transaction, but this should clear once the actual charge has been made.

The prices on the Website and in the Brochure are checked regularly to seek to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date. However, if we find they have changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment details you provide are correct and complete. We are not responsible for supplying products if the details you submit when making your order are incorrect or incomplete. No payment will be deemed to have been made until we have cleared funds and we will not dispatch the products until we receive payment in full.

We sometimes accept payment by bank wire if credit card or cheque is not possible. Please remember that banks often charge for this and the customer must pay all the bank charges.

We use Parcel Force and DPD to ship our orders.
For all E.U. customers we send D.D.P. (Delivered Duty Paid). So no extra customs charges need to be paid on delivery.
For all non-E.U. customers local customs charges may apply on delivery.

We dispatch orders in the order we receive them.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days (UK and international) but please allow 14 days for delivery in the UK and the EC and 28 days for other overseas. If the item is in stock we usually dispatch (except for very busy times) within a few days.

Customers will be contacted if items are out of stock.

We usually use a two working day courier (UK only) for delivery. Goods need to be signed for.

TRYING ON AND RETURNING SHOES

Please Please Please! try shoes on INDOORS with socks. If you do not like them or need to change them for a larger or smaller size, please return them in PERFECT and RE-SELLABLE CONDITION, (without being worn outside), marking the package "RETURNED GOODS" and enclose a note explaining action required.
Please package the shoes when returning rather than writing on the box, often the original packaging can be reused.
Enclose a note or use the return form (on back of invoice) requesting action required.

Customers must pay to return the goods to us. We dispatch a second pair at no extra postage cost (UK only).
Overseas customers must also send postage when returning for a different size or style. We will charge the (encrypted) card used for the original order unless instructed otherwise.

Please send any returns back to us within 28 days.

Overseas customers: Please get any returns to your chosen shipper within 28 days of the date of delivery. We understand that parcels can sometimes take a while to get back to us.

Please Note: Returns service is extended to 56 days over the Christmas Holidays until Jan 14th.

Full refund given for goods returned unworn and in re-sellable condition within 28 days (P&P also refunded when originally charged on UK orders).
At Christmas time this 28 days is extended until the 15th of January for items bought from the 15th of the previous November.

If you place an order, by doing so you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We advise you to keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order details for your future reference. We have tried to make these Terms and Conditions as simple as possible and recommend that you print them from the Website when placing your order.

When you submit your order, you are offering to purchase products from us at the prices indicated in our Catalogue or on the Website, as applicable. The contract between us is not formed until we have acknowledged acceptance of your order or we dispatch the products to you, whichever is the earlier.

If you discover you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to us, please contact us immediately so we can correct the mistake before the products are dispatched. If you are aged under 18, please get your parent / guardian’s consent before ordering.

Website orders
All orders for products from the Website must be placed using the shopping basket facility provided on the Website. To be able to order on the Website you will need to register on the Website and log-in using your unique log-in details (e.g. username, password).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your log-in details. You should contact us as soon as possible if you believe that anyone has obtained your log-in details without your permission or if you become aware of any other breach of security on the Website. We will not be responsible to you if there is unauthorised access to your log-in details or unauthorised activity on the Website as a result of your log-in details becoming compromised, unless this is due to our negligence.

When ordering on the Website you will be directed to a secure website operated by our provider of on-line payment facilities where you can enter your payment information. Once you have entered your payment information and your payment has been confirmed, you will then be directed to a final confirmation screen on the Website displaying the details relating to your order.

Colours and styles may occasionally vary slightly from the pictures. Although we make every effort to ensure details are correct on the web site, prices may change without notice.

We generally send our eNews (email update) once every month providing information on new and relevant products, seasonal offers, news, events and other things we think you might like to know about.
