DELIVERY/RETURNS


Delivery

We dispatch orders in the order we receive them. If the item is in stock we usually dispatch (except for very busy times) within a day or two.
Customers will be contacted if items are out of stock.

UK Mainland Post & Packaging

(Including Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Northern Ireland)

Total orders UNDER £50:
£5.00
(Standard Items: Shoes, Boots, Satchels etc) 
£3.00 (Small Items: Belts, Polish, Dubbin, Pens, Mugs, Wallets, Insoles, Laces etc)

We usually use a next working day courier (UK mainland only) for delivery. Goods need to be signed for.
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery (however we usually despatch within 3 days).

Urgent UK Deliveries.
We can send on a UK NEXT DAY delivery service for urgent requests. (When items are ordered early in the day, and if they are in stock. Not Highlands and Islands).

Overseas Post & Packaging

Shipping is automatically calculated and added when ordering online.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery (we usually despatch within a few days, however customs issues may affect the actual date).


Returns

TRYING ON AND RETURNING SHOES

Please Please Please try shoes on INDOORS with socks. If you do not like them or need to change them for a larger or smaller size, please return them in PERFECT and RE-SELLABLE CONDITION, (without being worn outside), marking the package "RETURNED GOODS" and enclose a note explaining action required.
Please package the shoes when returning rather than writing on the box, -often the original packaging can be reused.
Enclose a note or use the return form (on back of invoice) requesting action required.

Customers must pay to return the goods to us. We dispatch a second pair at no extra postage cost (UK only).
Overseas customers must also send postage when returning for a different size or style. We will charge the (encrypted) card used for the original order unless instructed otherwise.

Please send any returns back to us within 28 days (of the date of delivery).
Overseas customers: Please get any returns to your chosen shipper within 28 days of the date of delivery. We understand that parcels can sometimes take a while to get back to us.

Refund Policy

Full refund given for goods returned unworn and in re-sellable condition within 28 days (P&P also refunded when originally charged on UK orders).
At Christmas time this 28 days is extended until the 15th of January for items bought from the 15th of the previous November.
Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded.

Sizes

Use the size conversion chart to help choose the correct size. Please note that sizes do vary slightly from style to style.

Payment

All orders are to be paid in UK pounds (also called GBP/Great Britain Pounds/Pounds Sterling). Pay by PayPal, Credit or Debit card. Visa, MasterCard & Maestro accepted. Solo cards are not accepted. Also ‘Pre-paid’ and ‘single-use’ type credit cards / charge cards do not work with our system, Sorry.
PayPal and Credit card orders automatically convert (e.g. US Dollars) into UK Pounds. Credit cards are authorized at time of order download but are only charged when goods are shipped. Please note: although funds are not taken when a card is authorized, they are allocated/reserved until the order is dispatched. -This may appear on your bank statement as a transaction, but this should clear once the actual charge has been made.

We sometimes accept payment by bank wire if credit card or cheque is not possible. Please remember that banks often charge for this and the customer must pay all the bank charges.
Cheques: Are to be made payable to VEGETARIAN SHOES LTD (UK only)
Bank Wire: To order and pay by bank wire please contact information@vegetarian-shoes.co.uk with full delivery address and order details.

Customs

We use Parcel Force and DPD to ship our orders. 
E.U Customers DO NOT pay customs charges.  We send E.U. orders as D.D.P. (Delivered Duty Paid). So no extra customs charges need to be paid on delivery.
For all non-E.U. customers local customs charges may apply on delivery.
